Well it really depends on the rule the broke like for example if it was a accidental rdm I would give a verbal warning if it was a multi RDM i would probally Ban for 60 minutes if they minged it would be permanent. Staff Disrespect would be warning. Prop Block would be warn. Meta Game would be warn. AND ETC...
How many hours can you devote to the Server per week? Will this increase?: I would devote alot because according to steam im a average 70 plus hours

How did you find this server?: I find this server really fun because it has every addon I like also the people are nice
How are you suppose to react in an admin situation?: Well It really depends on the call but I would bring them into a sit hear both sides and see the Logs for proof
